The FMPO planning area for Flagstaff Pathways includes 525 square miles stretching from Winona to the east and Bellemont to the west. Sunset Crater National Monument sits just inside our northern border. To the south, the FMPO planning area includes the communities of Kachina Village and Mountainaire.
